Inver Hills Community Band (IHCB) is a volunteer organization made up of approximately 45-50 musicians.
Headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, it draws quality players from the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.
Mission
Inver Hills Community Band is a nonprofit volunteer organization which strives to be a connected, inclusive, and forward-looking musical organization where every member feels valued, heard, and inspired. As we continue to grow, we aim to though fully guide our changes as we honor our traditions and embrace new opportunities, so our organization evolves with purpose and stability. We strive to increase community awareness and appreciation of concert band music and to provide regularly scheduled, free concerts for residents of the area.

To be recognized among the best concert bands in the Twin Cities area.
Performances
The IHCB typically performs a spring band concert, several summer park concerts and an annual Holiday concert.

IHCB is a growing organization that strives to perform quality band works from some of the top band arrangers that provide challenge to the talents of the group. A variety of pieces are used for the symphonic season, summer pops season and the annual Holiday concert. We welcome new members so please contact us if you are interested in joining the band.
